以此致敬当代建筑与家居设计圣殿 —— Bauhaus包豪斯，对现代建筑装饰奠基的意义；也是对成都乃至中国软装全案重新定义的宣言。

店内布局结构为逛店体验营造不同空间层次： 漏斗型入口将进店后的第一视觉焦点收拢到圆环形接待岛台，苹果砂质感的银灰色不锈钢简洁有力地勾勒曲面平滑弧度，上方天花圆形灯膜白光给予布局空间均匀柔和的光照，在看似冰冷的距离感中释放不自觉的探究吸引力。

整个空间“后区”，以数间风格各异的写实样板间为主要体验内容，古典、轻奢、现代等多风格满足着顾客多样的选择需求；浓烈多元的风格呈现表达10 HAUS的空间态度：高级审美不代表拘束与克制，也可以是张扬和多元。
