龙发1260㎡私宅定制商业空间规划,采用2:8原则,20%的空间完成80%的后台工作,80%的空间展现20%的明星设计师,以“人”为展示的空间布局。每个设计办公区与洽谈区的划分,不是依靠常用的墙体分隔,而是利用三维空间的高低差,自动形成两个独立又通透的区域。用台阶形成错层,形成高低错落的空间结构,UP-展现明星设计师的工作/日常,工作即是舞台。Down-下沉的沟通交流区,减少了对工作的干扰,拉近与客户的沟通距离。

元素的使用,我们希望它是一个有文化,有设计知识含量的高级空间,将办公室与展厅的概念模糊掉,形成一个像图书馆一样的场所。1W本书置身于场景中,将"书"作为文化载体,也是设计的符号和媒介,他们绝不只是摆场的装饰,他们为设计师提供灵感,为客户做引导,让每一个工作区域都有干货。
